The motto of clinicial psychology is “if you could see the world the way I see it you’d behave the way I do”. This goes back to the idea of mirrored reciprocity and yin-yang nature of reality. You don’t see the world as it is, you see the world as you are. You state determines your perception of reality and your perception of reality determines what you think and do and what you think and do determines your life.
Pretend to see the world as positive (for you not against you) and then act that way.
